Description

Transcripts of diaries and journals kept by Lois Little (later Bieder) from 1938 - 1942. The journals detail her life in Lowry Bay and Wellington, and describe her daily activities with friends. Her relationship with Archie (Archibald) Hull features prominently in the diaries. The document also contains transcripts of Archie's letters to Lois, and an introduction by Lois's daughter, Penelope Bieder.

The document has been divided into three parts, plus an introduction. Page 1 - Introduction by Penelope Bieder; Page 4 - Part One: Lois Little's diaries; Page 43 - Part Two: Archibald Hull's letters; Page 89 - Part Three: the final part of Lois's diaries, continued seven months later.
