Description: Pamphlet advises on safe methods of swimming, diving, fishing, boating. The back cover shows illustrations of the Holger-Nielsen artificial respiration technique, and lists the golden rules of safe swimming. The front cover shows at the left an owl wearing a mortar board, bathing suit and spectacles and carrying an inflated lifebelt.
