Shows two frames of the climbers' hike towards the mountains. In the top frame they are on horseback at Rob Roy Junction; across the river is a farmer also on horseback, herding cattle across the river. The bottom frame shows the three horses resting, and one of the men hiking off
The storyboard shows each of the men travelling the first part by horse, but the film features only one horse carrying provisions, while the men hike the trail
