- Description
Feature article about Alaskan Inupiaq author William Willoya (74) whose book ""Warriors of the Rainbow"" (pictured) inspired Greenpeace to name its first ship Rainbow Warrior. In fulfillment of an Eskimo elder's prophecy, he visited New Zealand spending time with Greenpeace activist Susi Newborn, attending Waitangi Day celebrations, laying commemorative objects at Matauri Bay where the Rainbow Warrior was scuttled in 1987, and being filmed for Major Arc's documentary about his life ""Eighth Colour"". Includes two photographs of William Willoya; one with host Susi Newborn.
