- Description
A scene showing four Russian Olympic judges at the 1980 Games javelin-throwing competition, as a javelin travels swiftly over their heads. Refers to the fact that many critics believe the reason behind the Soviet's success at the event was that everytime a Russian was about to throw, the officials would open the stadium's gates, allowing the javelin to be carried an extra few metres by the wind.
