Family papers

Folder contains a variety of family papers including: pages from a family register and other papers showing births, deaths and marriages; correspondence between Mr A E Hurley and the organiser of centenary celebrations for Brunswick in Wanganui, where members of the Hurley family lived mid 19th century; photocopies (some inscribed) of photographs of family members; passport for Mr A E Hurley; specifications of alterations to be made to the Hurley home at 35 Moana Road Wellington.

Alexander Hurley (ca 1801-1876) and his wife Ann (nee Cunnabel) who were married in 1824 and emigrated to New Zealand with their ?6 children in the early 1840s.
