Large two-storied home with bay window and glassed-in sunroom downstairs. Shows open verandah beneath the main eave upstairs. Rose garden in foreground centre and trees at left and right. Tennis court also on right. Photograph taken probably in the Christchurch area in 1925 by Robert Percy Moore.
