Inscriptions: Marginal notes on negative - "L. Mathias. Box 191 Timaru. Iron roof out-buildings, iron roof, cream house, red chimneys up house. Black facings. Pink and gold creeper on grounds front of house on each side of steps. White and pink roses centre of vrandah, cream creeper on right end of verandah. Green lawns, buff colour drive"
