A three-panel strip showing Richard Prebble set up in a very fancy, colourful stand that is his soapbox. Winston Peters asks angrily what such an extravagance cost, to which Prebble replies $4 plus GST, which in this case stands for 'Genius Spending Trick'.
Context: This might refer to criticism of Richard Prebble after claims in 1998 that ACT was spending large amounts of taxpayers' money
