Development proposal presented as a portfolio-style collection of plans and specifications for a client (Kupe Group Limited), for a new office/hotel complex in Featherston Street, Wellington. Specifications include the architects' design report, the Southern Pacific Hotel Corporation statement of operations and statement on Wellington Parkroyal, the programmer's report, a schedule of areas and a photograph of the model of the building; as well as floor plans, cross sections and elevation drawings of the building and a diazo chart sheet outlining the time line of the building's construction and interior fitout.

Kupe Group Limited was a property development company which became CDL Investments in 1994

The Parkroyal Hotel was built on the corner of Featherston and Grey Street; its name was later changed to The Intercontinental. It was completed in August 1990
