The photographs are separated into 11 sequences: 1: Down Haast Ridge (no. 001). 2: From Chudleigh (nos. 002-005). 3: From La Perouse floor (nos. 006-044) (many of these taken from the photographer's "Ribbonwood Camp" under Mount La Perouse above the La Perouse Glacier, including a "glacier table" and "erratic boulders" on the glacier). 4: Lower Fox Valley (nos. 045-049) (including gushing springs at the head of the Fox River). 5: From Harper's Saddle and Opal Glacier. 6: Whitcombe Pass (nos. 064-065). 7: From Thelma Peak (nos. 066-074). 8: From Hooker floor (nos. 075-082). 9: From Haast Ridge (Glacier Dome) (nos. 083-088). 1. From R S Lowe rocks (Baird Range) (nos. 089-099). 11. From Glacier Dome (Haast Ridge) (nos. 100-111, including no. 108 which shows two unidentified men on "The Lady's Shoe" rock formation on the Haast Ridge). (No. 112 unidentified).
