Description

Shows Bill Clinton, President of the United States, holding aloft an Uncle Sam top hat, and sitting astride a bomb labelled Yugoslavia. Monica Lewinsky sits in front of him. Both are smiling broadly.

Clinton authorized the use of American troops in a NATO bombing campaign against Yugoslavia in 1999, named Operation Allied Force. Previously that year, the Senate acquitted Clinton on charges of obstruction and perjury, relating to his extramarital affair with Monica Lewinsky.
