A diminutive Michael Savage, Prime Minister of New Zealand, views himself in a mirror as having the gigantic stature of former prime minister Richard Seddon ('King Dick'). He is wearing an oversize coat labelled 'Seddon's coat' and a balloon is attached to the back called 'onward and upward'.
