The cartoon shows a railway line that breaks off into two separate lines. One of the lines represents industrial disruption and the other represents industrial harmony. A railway carriage, representing railway tradesmen, is coming up to the intersection and is signalling to go down the track of industrial disruption. A man controlling the intersection is commenting on the choice. Refers to the ongoing industrial disruption from railways workers.
