Shows a head and shoulders portrait of Clement L Wragge, late of Central Weather Bureau, Brisbane, and gold medallist of Ben Nevis Observatory; lecturer to the Government of India and under the auspices of His Excellency the Viceroy at Simla. His lectures were to include "A voyage through the universe", "Noble astronomy", "The majesty of creation", "The romance of the earth", "The solar system", "The flight of a soul", "Other worlds than ours", "Meteorology and forecasting the weather", "Radium", "The cathedrals of God", "A flying trip round the world". "Each series being illustrated by magnificent pictures of the heavens, sun, moon, planets, etc. The finest in existence. Splendid! Appalling!! and Sublime!!!"
The verso contains several press reviews of Mr Wragge's entertainments, from London, Sydney, Allahabad, Calcutta and Lahore, dated 1908.
