Description

Inscriptions: Verso - Mr & Mrs Yewell who were castaway on the Auckland Islands. Mrs Yewell was the only woman saved. This photo was taken after their arrival at the Bluff which was the first port they were taken to when found and not Melbourne as often stated. The name of the boat wrecked was the General Grant - Sigled L. Paul
