The first scene shows a group of people pointing and admiring a sign above them which says; "Good Health Wanganui". In the next scene, the sign has fallen down on top of them and squashed them. On the back of the sign are the words; "Acme Promotions Ltd." Refers to the disillusion following the misdiagnosis of 40 cancer patients at Good Health Wanganui.
