Description

Shows Mururoa Atoll as a skull submerged in the ocean except for the very top, which looks like a "clear and clean" island. Two frenchmen are stepping off the atoll into a row boat comment on how safe the island seems. Refers to the French governments continuing policy to conduct underground nuclear tests on Mururoa despite growing evidence of the damage the tests cause.
