Description

A man playing the 'Death March' on a trombone labelled 'unemployment' is out of tune with the 'United Prosperity' band of conducted by New Zealand prime minister, Joe Ward.

Extended Title - Conductor Joe - 'Can't somebody stop that fellow - he's spoiling the whole effect of our music?' Seldom a day passes without hearing through the Government's supporting press of the wonderful prosperity of the country - yet unemployment is on the increase (observation).
