Pulished in the New Zealand Free Lance, 15 October 1930, page 24, with the caption "A good display of four thousand opossum skins were offered for sale last week in Wellington. The prices this season have been very disappointing, the best returns for trappers so far being 6/9 gross, or 5/5 net per skin. The average price per skin at last weeks sale was 5/- gross."
