Description

The Prime Ministers of New Zealand and Australia (Holyoake and Menzies) standing on a road marked Vietnam, oblivious to the fact that they are being pushed down the road by America (Uncle Sam, dressed as a soldier). Refers to the perception that Australia and New Zealand have little say on American policy on Vietnam and the war there and that their policies are driven by the larger power.
