A small Iraqi boy is shown lying in bed with his teddy. However, he has to wear a gas mask, through which his mother tries to feed him with a bottle. Refers to the United States led invasion of Iraq in which many of the casualties of bombings were young children.
The United States invasion of Iraq began on the 20th of March, 2003.
