Description

Shows three scenes. In the first a scruffy-looking man is apologising to guests at a party that he smells. He explains that he isn't washing anymore because he wants to dodge the water tax. In the second scene Inland Revenue officers, with a fierce-looking sniffer dog, are telling a tramp sitting on a park bench that he has been "identified as a possible evader of the water tax". In the third scene three people are standing outside Roger Douglas' office with a petition against the water tax. Douglas has poked his head out of the door of his office to tell them he is busy "working on a consumer tax on fresh air".
