Bill Rowling, the leader the New Zealand Labour Party (the party in opposition), has his arms around Colin Moyle (who had been forced to reign from parliament in January 1977 because of attacks made upon him by the prime minister, Robert Muldoon) and Mike Moore, who withdrew his name from the Labour Party candidate selection process for the parliamentary seat of Papatoetoe when Moyle decided to stand again.
