The graves of James Lacon Bennett and his wife Lena May Bennett, situated just north of Waiorua Stream, Kapiti Island. The grave beyond is probably that of the Ngati Toa chief Te Rangihiroa. Taken by Philip Lionel Barton, January 1972.
Inscriptions: Graves just north of Waiorua Stream. J L Bennett was a caretaker on Kapiti. Grave beyond is probably that of one Rangihiroa. January 1972.
