Shows a group of men, who are wearing rugby jumpers, putting up a barbed wire fence. They all have bandages on their fingers. A man, standing nearby under a spotlight, is telling them to keep up the good work and that the Springboks will soon be there to give them a hand. Refers to security problems during a Springbok tour.
