Description

French president Francois Mitterand opens a garbage can labelled Muroroa full of dead fish and offers it to New Zealand. Mitterand says `Be my guest New Zealand...'. From the garbage can comes an obviously foul odour. Refers to the damage caused to Mururoa Atoll by decades of French nuclear tests. Also possibly refers to a scientific expedition by South Pacific scientists to assess Mururoa in 1983.
