Description

The cartoon shows Robert Muldoon with a toy train set called, The Red Streak. On the box of the train set is a picture of a locomotive labeled, NZR (New Zealand Railways). He is talking to a woman who represents New Zealand. A child representing Air New Zealand looks unhappy as his new model aeroplane has just broken. Refers to public transport systems.
