- Description
A three-storied shop-front with large windows at street level and sets of six arched windows at first and second floor level. The roof is a Mansard style with dormers inset in a style reminiscent of French Renaissance chateaux.
Attributed to Turnbull and dated on the basis of a very similar drawing with a plainer roof, (Plans-80-0578). The latter is signed, titled and dated.
