Richard Prebble holds a gun reading "Fraud Buster" which has backfired and covered him in soot. Refers to the Donna Awatere-Huata fraud incident, in which she was accused of embezzling government funds from the Pipi Foundation.
The Donna Awatere-Huata scandal severley damaged ACT's reputation; they had always vociferously attacked any percieved dishonesty in opposition party members.
