Shows a large man sitting at a table which is covered with a huge pile of butter (EEC butter mountain). There are stacks of dishes and bottles surrounding him. Talboys, who is dressed as a waiter, is standing behind him offering him a block of New Zealand butter on a plate. The man tells him that he will try some after he has finished his `deluge'. Refers to New Zealand's butter industry.
