Description

Two people read a newspaper headline announcing that France will be continuing to conduct nuclear tests in the Pacific. They look sad, and one wonders `How perfect does a nuclear bomb have to be?'. Shows the general discontent of having nuclear bombs tested in the Pacific, also questioning the purpose of these tests, which the French government started in the 1960s.
