Recounts episodes in Arawa history, including fighting with Ngai Te Rangi in the 1840s, and gives whakapapa information.
In his book `The Great New Zealand myth' D R Simmonds claims this manuscript was written in 1846. However, the names given in some whakapapa indicate it was probably written between 1860 and 1880.
