Cadastral map showing sections 1-10, of the estate of Jepson, between Worksop Road and Hessy Street, Masterton, with measurements in feet which are referred to in a note. Includes sites of two houses.
The map has an inset locality plan of the area from Renall, Chapel, Hall, Church, Miriam Streets and Worksop Road. Streets are named as are some buildings as follows: Queens Hotel, Pragnalls Buildings, Presbyterian Church, Central Hotel, Bank of New South Wales, W.E.G.A [W.F.C.A]., Prince of Wales Hotel, Bank of New Zealand, Lyttle, Club Hotel, English Church, Y.M.C.A. building, Daily, Age, Post Office, Bank of Australia, Donald, Hecksher, Implement Company, Levin, Court House, County Office, Public Institute, Wesleyan Church.
