Logs, in electronic format, of the transcripts of radio news/talkbacks from 1998. See MS-Group-0376 for transcripts, 1981-1999.
Logs for October, November and December include Microsoft Word files in addition to the plain text log file. These files are also comprised of logs.
Arrangement: The original arrangement of these logs was one where the logs were divided chronologically. There was a 1998 folder which was subdivided into 12 monthly folders that contained the logs for that month. For access purposes the logs are now grouped together by year.
Plain text file names were structured to include an abbreviation of the month and year of the log. For example "LOGDEC97". File names for the Word files were structured to include a numerical reference to the month and end date of the log. For example a log covering broadcasts up until October 15 would be labelled "LOG1015.doc".
