A base map of land blocks of the area which includes Carlisle, now Patea, the Patea and Whenuakura Rivers, has been used to outline and colour some sections. No key is provided. Two handwritten notes state 'land available for sale' and at section 11, 'part of award acquired from natives in purchase'. The base map includes numbered sections with acreages. Otauto, Railway and University Reserves are marked.
