Loose photographs from the collection donated by C E Daniell via the Waikato Art Museum in 1973. The images are: the shop front of Hetherington's Ltd, drapers, showing the unsealed road in front of it, probably in Thames (taken by F J Causley); the New Zealand Dairy Association Ltd factory at Matangi (taken by G F Jenkinson); men working on the construction of Messrs Carr, Pountney & Co's wool stores in "Mitchell" reinforce concrete blocks, 1910; shop front of Paul's Book Arcade in Victoria Street, Hamilton, showing books and toys for sale; a house with a woman on the verandah; a wooden building; six men moving a wooden building down a steep slope; scaffolding above The Cosey Corner during the construction of Wesley Chambers, showing omnibuses in the street alongside, one of which has a pram tied to the radiator; a large group of men, women and children outside the Waihou Valley Co-op ca 1914 (taken by A J Watson); and a building with a painted advertisement for the Liverpool & London & Globe Insurance Company Ltd on it and a wooden building being constructed next to it.
A number of the prints have a WAM (Waikato Art Museum) Negative Number on the reverse too.

Description: Architectural plans of houses designed by Frederick C Daniell in Hamilton and the Waikato District, including Ngaruawahia, Frankton Junction, Ruakura, Rototuna, Te Uku, Huntly and Te Awamutu. Photographs (some taken by G Cartwright, Hamilton) are included for a number of the houses when completed. Most of the plans are signed "Fred C Daniell", or "F C Daniell, Architect, Hamilton". The title on the cover attributes the work to his father Charles Edward Daniell, though it was Frederick who had a practice in Hamilton during the period covered by this album, and all the signatures are those of Frederick. Description: Architectural plans of church buildings designed by Frederick C Daniell in Hamilton and the Waikato District, including Te Kuiti, Te Awamutu, Cambridge, Kimihia, and Frankton Junction. A few photographs are included (some taken by G Cartwright, Hamilton), showing buildings under construction or when completed. Most of the plans are signed "Fred C Daniell", or F C Daniell, Architect, Hamilton". One page shows plans for a church for removal from Waitekauri to Te Kowhai; one shows alterations and additions to stables in Canada Street, for Mr James Dignan of Morrinsville; several show architectural details, including details of shop fronts for Dillicar Brothers, Frankton Junction. Title on the cover attributes the work to his father Charles Edward Daniell, though it was Frederick who had a practice in Hamilton during the period covered by this album, and all the signatures are those of Frederick. Description: Architectural plans of commercial buildings in Hamilton and the Waikato District, including Te Awamutu and Frankton Junction. Includes photographs (some taken by F J Gilbert, or G Cartwright) of some of the buildings, and also several of Mangahoe Bridge under construction. Buildings include the Wesley Buildings, the New Zealand Dairy Association building at Frankton Junction, the Waikato Argus building, and a public hall at Karamu. Most of the plans are signed "Fred C Daniell", or "F C Daniell, Architect, Hamilton".
