A steel spark-plug wired to green baize in a glass-topped wooden presentation box. The back of the box slides off to reveal a sheet of paper, bound in green linen cover, labelled Pioneer flight across Cook Strait, 25th August 1920. The typescript and signed text continues inside 'By Captain Euan Dickson, D. S. C., D. F. C., Croix de Guerre, late Royal Air Force. Sparking plug used in engine ... Pilot: Euan Dickson.
