Original Evening Post caption attached to back of print reads: "Hanging pictures at the [word(s) torn off] Gallery, where preparation is going on for the Centennial Art Exihbition of paintings [word(s) torn off] which opens on Nov 10. Many of the works are on loan from the [word(s) torn off] Gallery in London and other notable art centres."
