Presentation at Walton-on-Thames Hospital, England, during World War I. Shows a group of New Zealand soldiers, administrative staff?, lined up outside the sergeant's barracks (sign on the door). A lieutenant stands out from the group, possibly to receive a commendation (see H134) An officer is addressing them. A small dog stands near him. Photograph taken by Thomas Frederick Scales.
