Houses near the intersection of The Terrace and Kumutoto Street (now Bowen Street) on town acre 474 in Wellington. The larger house was built by New Zealand Comapny surveyor, Robert Park. The smaller house was owned by the original purchaser of the land, Captain Edward Daniell. Photograph taken circa 1858, possibly by James Coutts Crawford.
Other - Formerly identified as "probably house of J C Crawford in Mulgrave Street".
