A photograph of Miramar and three maps of the area used by Hector McLeod & Co for a promotional pamphlet. The photograph shows Miramar looking towards Seatoun Heights ca 1907 and was taken by Muir & McKinlay. The first map is of Miramar or Whataitai in Maori times and includes Maori place names, pa sites etc as well as a key to archaeological remains found in the area and whether they were human, oven or moa. The second is of land plots in Miramar. The third map is of the land to be reclaimed in Evans Bay with a table showing land valuations and a comparison of flat land in Miramar compared to other parts of the city.
