Mr Jack Fenaughty, Commissioner General for New Zealand's entry at the 1970 World Exposition in Osaka, Japan. On his desk is a model of the Tower of the Sun which will dominate the Expo' Festival Plaza. Photographs taken 7 March 1970, in a temporary Government building used as Expo' headquarters, by an unidentified staff photographer for the Evening Post.
