Survey map with cadastral information, between part of High Street and Kings Crescent, and including Marina Grove, Lower Hutt, an area totalling over 63 acres. Shows plan of new subdivisions as a result of a closed road, and three proposed new roads. Subdivisions are all surveyed and numbered with acreage. Includes a diagram of easements.

The longest proposed road and the short Crescent were to become Kings Crescent and Marina Grove respectively. The road between Kings Crescent and High Street was never constructed.

Annotations were added to map before copying, such as 1952 note with reference to ST Dibble, surveyor.

Map was signed by district supervisor of Housing Construction and by chief surveyor 1951.

Includes reference table to lot numbers (difficult to decipher).
