View of a small lake surrounded by hills and identified by photographer as Lake Raupo, near Masterton. A group of people can be seen standing on top of a hill in the distance. A ponga is growing at the water's edge in the foreground. Photograph taken by William A Price in early 1900s.
Lake Raupo is thought to be the smaller lake by Hidden Lake (Bruce's Lake) at Kopuaranga.
