This cartoon features the demands of greyhound racing followers for betting facilities. In the first scene the dogs are racing behind the horses and the watchers are moaning about the lack of betting. Then the government gives them full facilities because of the increased tax-take and in the final scene the punter with all his race form information is left chasing the losing horses
