'Little Laughs from last week'. There are three small cartoons. [1] A young alligator representing 'The Rebate' swims away from a large grandaddy alligator with the face of Prime minister, Walter Nash, saying 'See you later, legislator'. Nash replies 'In a while, Honey Chile'. Refers to Labour's wish to get rid of the National policy of rebate on personal taxation. A tiny caricature of Sid Scales in the top left corner asks 'Where's the money coming from?' [2] A grubby small boy is dragged by his mother to be washed. He resists by arguing that he saw in the paper a report saying that too much washing is harmful. There is an apology to Pigpen. [3] In a picture frame Santa Claus pushes Prime Minister, Walter Nash, telling him to 'Move over'.
