Perspective drawing of exterior of the church from Mulgrave Street, showing the west entrance and a square tower with a hexagonal spire (cf C-121-017), exterior of the narthex, and buttressed south side. A large transept has an entrance door on the south end (cf C-121-017). At left outside the entrance on the street frontage is a small stone cross flanked by railings.
Clere had made designs for the procathedral during earlier work in the 1890s. The design shown in this drawing was not carried out.
