Photographs of construction and opening of Kaimata Hydro station (opened 1932) and Dobson power station, and Greymouth buildings, floods and shipping. Includes Richard Seddon laying foundation stone. Photographs taken 1930s by L A Inkster of Greymouth, and prints made by Inkster from negatives taken 1890s-1920s by James Ring.
