Bugger, an English bulldog, sitting in the Moutoa Gardens, Wanganui. Beyond him can be seen the war memorial, a tent and a notice protesting that the Moutoa Gardens are Maori land and should be returned to Maori owners. Photographed by Evening Post staff photographer Phil Reid on the 18th of March 1995.
